Your Privacy Choices

This page tells you exactly what advertising-related tracking is active on nova3.ai right now, and where to go if you want a copy of, or the deletion of, the personal data we do hold.

Remarketing and cross-context behavioral advertising are not currently active on nova3.ai. When activated, this page will provide opt-out controls.

This page exists because several state privacy laws require a standing place for these controls even before the underlying advertising is turned on. Keeping it live from day one means the link in the footer never has to move or change meaning later.

What nova3.ai does today

Nova3 AI does not sell personal data and does not sell cross-context behavioral profiles to third parties. The only tracking currently running is first-party analytics through /~flock.js, served by our hosting provider, which records page views and basic interaction events without building an advertising profile.

There is no cookie banner or consent modal on this site because there is nothing yet that requires one. If that changes, the disclosure in Privacy covers it first, and the opt-out controls promised on this page go live at the same time.

Other privacy requests

For access, deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing, see Privacy or email mj@nova3.ai. Include your name and the request type so it can be routed without a back-and-forth.

We answer requests within forty five days and will tell you if we need longer. If you contacted us through the Sandbox form, the estimate form on Pricing, or the connector, the data we hold is what you typed there: your name, your email address, and the description of the project, along with the date it arrived and any notes our team added while replying. You can ask for that record to be deleted at any time and we remove it along with the notes attached to it. An authorized agent may file on your behalf if you send written permission with the request. We do not charge for any of this and we do not treat anyone differently for asking.
