Local AI Operations FAQ
Nova3 AI is an AI operations company headquartered at 5417 E County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. These are the questions local operators ask before they start, answered plainly.
Where is Nova3 AI located?+
Nova3 AI is at 5417 E County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459, in Walton County. Phone (850) 924 8500, email mj@nova3.ai. The office is on the 30A corridor between Blue Mountain Beach and Point Washington.
What are Nova3 AI's business hours?+
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central. Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm Central by appointment. Closed Sunday. Call (850) 924 8500 or email mj@nova3.ai. The agents we build run around the clock; the people answer during those hours, and existing clients can reach us outside them for urgent escalations.
What areas does Nova3 AI serve?+
Santa Rosa Beach, the full 30A corridor including Seaside, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Inlet Beach, plus Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Panama City Beach, Panama City, Freeport, DeFuniak Springs and the rest of Walton County. Remote clients outside the region are taken on as well.
Is Nova3 AI a local company or a national firm with a local address?+
Local. The office is on 30A, the founder is Mark Jones, and the person who scopes an engagement is the person who builds it. Nova3 AI is part of Trifecta Agency and is a member of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Can we meet in person?+
Yes. In-person scoping on 30A, in Destin, or anywhere in Walton County is normal, not an exception. Work after that happens wherever it is most efficient, which is usually a mix of on site and remote.
What does AI operations mean?+
AI operations is the layer of a business where AI does the work rather than advises on it: agents that execute repetitive workflows, automations that remove handoffs between tools, intelligence layers that hold standing company context, and in some cases a full operating system the company runs on. It is an operations discipline, not a marketing tactic.
How does an engagement start?+
It starts in the Sandbox with a scoping conversation about where work actually piles up. No discovery template, no strategy deck. The output of that conversation is a single workflow chosen for volume and pain, and a plan to put an agent on it.
How long before something is live?+
A single-workflow agent typically ships in days rather than quarters. Larger operating systems are staged so something useful is running in the first weeks and the rest lands in visible increments.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on the number of workflows, the systems the agents must touch, and whether the engagement is a single build or an ongoing operating system. Scoping in the Sandbox is free and produces a real number rather than a range. Call (850) 924 8500 to start.
Do you replace staff?+
No. In practice the team keeps the judgment work and stops doing the retyping, the copying between systems, and the chasing. The first agent nearly always replaces a handoff, not a person.
What if our systems are old or we mostly run on spreadsheets and text messages?+
That is the normal starting point for local businesses here, and it is workable. Agents are wired into whatever is actually in use, and where a system has no sane way in, the workflow is restructured rather than the whole stack replaced.
Who owns what gets built?+
You do. The workflow logic, the context, and the guardrails belong to the business. Nothing is held hostage in a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
Which AI model do you use?+
Whichever is best for the job at the time. Everything is model agnostic by design so the operation moves with the frontier instead of being rebuilt every time a new model ships. The model underneath is a swappable component.
What happens to our data?+
Data access is scoped to the workflow, credentials stay server side, and nothing customer facing is trained on. Where a client requires it, processing is restricted to providers and regions they approve.
How do you keep an agent from doing something wrong?+
New agents run supervised, with a human approving output against real traffic. Autonomy is relaxed only where the record supports it, and irreversible actions such as payments keep a human in the loop by default.
Do you work with businesses outside Walton County?+
Yes. The local pages exist because the local market is home, but engagements run nationally. The Sandbox is the entry point either way.
