To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova3 AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or its content, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, schema, code, and brand assets) is the intellectual property of Nova3 AI unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for standard agentic ingestion through /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, and /sitemap.xml.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in violation of the published robots policy, or use it to infringe on the rights of others.

Connector and API use

Nova3 AI publishes a public MCP connector, described at /connector. It is offered as-is, without a service level or uptime commitment, and it is rate limited. Do not use it to submit content you do not have the right to send, to probe or overload the endpoint, or to represent Nova3 AI to a third party. Tools, responses, and availability may change without notice. Anything you submit through it is handled under our Privacy policy.
