There is no fixed package, so the figure follows the scope. Across the work we take on, most engagements land between $10,000 and $30,000. The ranges below map to the three layers on what we build.
Operating systems
The whole business runs on it: standing context, orchestration across models, approval gates where you want them, and the internal tooling around it. Multi-month, principal-led, run after launch.
Intelligence layers and multi-process builds
A function rather than a task. One place the team asks questions and gets sourced answers, or several connected processes rebuilt together. This is where most engagements grow to.
Automation and agents
One process that already costs a team hours every week: intake, triage, quoting, follow-up, reporting. Scoped tightly, shipped into the tools you already pay for.
Model and infrastructure usage is billed at cost and stays in your own accounts, so you keep the vendor relationships and can see exactly what the system spends. An NDA is available on request.
Fractional AI consulting, advisory, and training
Not every problem is a project. Some of it is deciding what to build, which model and vendor to commit to, and what to stop doing first. That work is bought monthly or by the hour, and each of these regularly turns into build work later without requiring it.

Where a number comes from
Three things move the figure: how many processes are in scope, how much of your existing stack has to be integrated rather than replaced, and whether the system needs approval gates, audit trails, and role-based access. A single agent inside one tool sits at the bottom of the range. The same agent across four systems with a written record of every action sits well above it.
