This page describes what Nova3 AI collects on nova3.ai today, what may be collected later, and how to make a privacy request. We do not show a cookie banner or a consent modal. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect today

• Server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp, referrer.
• First-party analytics via /__l5e/events.js and /~flock.js: page views and basic interaction events. No PII enrichment.

What may be collected later

Forward-compatible disclosure. The following are not active today but may be activated without a separate policy update.

• A first-party Nova3 tag for site analytics.
• Limited third-party tags for paid media measurement and remarketing (Meta, Google, or equivalent): conversion events, audience membership for remarketing, aggregated campaign performance.

We do not sell personal data. We do not sell cross-context behavioral profiles to third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies

First-party cookies for analytics and, when active, remarketing audience membership. Visitors control these via browser settings and platform opt-outs. Useful starting points:

Legal basis and regional notes

GDPR and CCPA acknowledgment. You have the right to access your personal information, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing. Send requests to mj@nova3.ai.

Retention

• Server logs: 90 days.
• Analytics events: 24 months.
• Remarketing audiences: per platform defaults.
