Nova3 AI launches Permeate Lab, an open research property built to be read by people and machines
Nova3 AI announces Permeate Lab, a standalone research practice whose first public edition gives Northwest Florida condominium boards an openly licensed, machine-readable planning reference for the building studies Florida law requires.
SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla., October 2, 2026
Nova3 AI, the AI operations company, today announced Permeate Lab (permeatelab.com), a standalone market research, intelligence and analytics practice. Its first public edition, Northwest Florida engineering costs, gives condominium boards, property managers and lenders in Bay, Okaloosa and Walton counties a planning reference for the building studies Florida law requires: a traditional reserve study, a structural integrity reserve study, a condition survey, and a balcony and railing assessment.
Most of the planning information boards rely on lives in proposals, forum threads and sales pages, with no scope, source or date attached. Permeate Lab publishes the opposite. Every number states what it covers, where it came from and when it was last reviewed, and it is published in formats that search engines and AI assistants can read and cite directly.
Built as a system, not a web page
- Open data. The full edition as JSON and CSV, a scope dictionary, a permanent dated release (permeate-nwfl-2026-10-01-r1) with a public review date of October 31, 2026, and a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license so anyone may reuse it with credit.
- Machine surfaces. schema.org Dataset and WebPage structured data on every page, a sitemap with per-page dates, an Atom feed, an llms.txt index and IndexNow submission, so the edition is discoverable by search engines and AI systems from day one.
- Public verification. The reviewed payload is mirrored at github.com/Permeate-Lab/permeate-data with a verification policy and a verifier script anyone can run against the live site. Each sync leaves a dated receipt.
- Working tools. A lookup that selects the right planning context by ZIP code or community across 38 ZIP areas, and a proposal-comparison tool that lines up two proposals so a board can see where scope, not price, differs.
- Statute context in plain language. What Florida Statutes sections 718.112(2)(g) and 553.899 require, with links to the statute text and a note to confirm current wording with counsel.
Independent by design
Permeate Lab carries its own brand, domain and mailbox. It names no engineering firm, quotes no firm's prices, and does not perform, verify or price engineering work; its figures are planning references with their scope intact, not market averages or offers. Nova3 AI built the publication, the verification chain and the review process. Permeate Lab is the publisher.
What comes next
The Northwest Florida edition is the first. Permeate Lab reviews each edition on a published schedule, and no figure changes without a new dated release, so a number cited today can be checked against the record tomorrow. Further editions will appear on the Substrate index at permeatelab.com/substrate.
