Anthropic made GET /v1/environments/{id}/work available on Claude Platform on AWS.

AWS-hosted Claude Platform users can list pending self-hosted sandbox work through the same endpoint.

The endpoint sits behind the GetEnvironment IAM action, so AWS builds need that permission wired.
