The streaming Speech to Text API now supports Smart Turn end-of-turn detection.

Smart Turn matters when silence is not completion, especially in dictation, number sequences, and mid-sentence pauses.

It adds an ML end-of-turn model plus a timeout fallback for builders tuning streaming transcription endpoints.
