Anthropic made the Files API generally available on the Claude API without the beta header.

File workflows move out of beta handling, so uploads and Messages references use the standard Claude API path.

It sits next to Messages file references and adds expiration, pagination, ids filtering, storage, and rate-limit terms for builders.
